Are we affiliated with the Ricoh Arena?
Yes. EST Ltd is the provider of the Official off-site Parking for Ricoh Arena.
How can I be sure that my payment is secure?
Stripe is our official payment partner. This system is fully secured.
What form of confirmation should I expect to receive?
You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been processed, along with an e-ticket as an attachment.
Do I need to print my e-ticket?
Our car parks are set up with an Automatic Number Plate Recognition system at the gate. However, we do ask that you bring your confirmation along with you either as a printed version, or available to view on your phone, just in case there are any system failures on the day.
Is showing my email confirmation on my phone allowed?
Am I able to pay cash at the car park on the day?
Cash parking is always subject to availability. If our car parks are fully sold out online prior to the event, then cash payments will not be taken on the day. The best way to guarantee a space in your chosen car park is by pre-booking online.
What time do the official off-site car parks open prior to a Coventry City FC or Wasps
Rugby home game?
Three hours before the stated kick-off time of the match.
How long do I have to get back to my car after a match?
Our car parks will close 1 hour after the final whistle.
Are the off-site car parks easy to locate?
Yes, they are all very easy to locate. All are pinpointed in the Car parks section of our website. There are also large signs marking the route, these are yellow in colour with the letter P and your car park number on them eg: P7, P2, P3 etc...
Am I able to park on the roads around Ricoh Arena?
No. There are parking restrictions on all roads within a 2km radius of the Arena. These restrictions are enforced by the council and fixed penalty notices are issued. You may only park on these roads with a valid residents permit.
Do I have to create an online account in order to make a booking with you?
Yes. This is very simple to do and the website will guide you through the process. This then enables you to have full control over your booking and allows you to change your registration plate or cancel your booking if necessary.
I am unable to attend an event that I have booked parking for. Am I entitled to a
As long as the car park booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the car park opening time, then you will be able to refund your booking. This can be carried out yourself by logging into your account and selecting the cancel/refund option on the booking. If it is within the 24 hour period prior to the event then a refund will not be issued.
Can I change the registration plate for my order?
Yes. Once you register with us, you will be able to store your plates and update the registration plate against your orders.
